“Noi Camminiamo in Sardegna” 2026 is arriving

From 30 September to 4 October Sardinia discovers its most authentic face: the 5th edition of Noi Camminiamo in Sardegna 2026 kicks off.

Slow tourism is consolidated as a strategic asset for the Region, aiming to deseasonalize flows and reveal the charm of the internal territories. A unique experience that combines sustainability, villages of excellence, historical paths and treasures recognized by UNESCO.

For a week, over 500 participants – including journalists, influencers, experts, guides and enthusiasts – will cross the island along 17 itineraries that will touch over 70 municipalities. The network is made up of the eight official Sardinian routes and the 8 tourist pilgrimage destinations enriched by an unprecedented pilot route dedicated to “bike walks” on the traces of the Romanesque in the historical region of Meilogu.

The event will culminate from October 2nd to 4th with the reunion of all the walking groups in the splendid setting of the village of Bosa. Awaiting the walkers in the renowned coastal town will be an authentic recounting of their experiences through dedicated lectures and a themed evening talk, followed by the traditional general walk—open to the public who wishes to participate—concluding the approximately 10 km walk along a charming historical, natural, and spiritual path through the village.

An initiative that looks to the future and represents a decisive step to promote the “Sardinia Destination” on national and international markets as a land of paths and places of identity, making the most of the offer linked to slow tourism.
