Focus on tactics
Day before the Bologna-Cagliari match (info and tickets for the Guest Sector), Mister Nicola’s Rossoblù team trained this morning at the CRAI Sport Center in Assemini. The session started in the gym, followed by technical exercises on the field. There was a focus on tactics, tailored for Sunday’s game with drills for gameplay solutions; the session concluded with a focus on set pieces
Kingstone continued his personalized training.
Tomorrow, Saturday, March 1st, the team will train in the morning before departing for Bologna in the afternoon.
