Straight back to work

Having returned from Rome during the night, the team were back in training this morning at the CRAI Sport Center to begin preparations for their next league fixture. Pisacane’s Rossoblù will be on the road again on Sunday, 1 November, taking on Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico (away ticket information).

The squad was split into two groups: players who featured most prominently in the match completed recovery work in the gym, while the remaining players carried out an aerobic session on the pitch. Harry Winks followed an individual training programme.

The team will return to training tomorrow, Thursday 29 October, with an afternoon session scheduled.
