Training resume at the CRAI Sport Center
The team resumed training ahead of Sunday’s away match against Empoli. At the CRAI Sport Center in Assemini this afternoon, the rossoblù players worked in two groups: the players most involved in the last match underwent unloading exercises in the gym and metabolic recovery work. For the others, after technical activation, ball possession drills and a game played on a reduced pitch.

Tomorrow, Wednesday 28, the rossoblù will train in the morning. On Thursday 29th (3pm), a training session open to fans is scheduled at the CRAI Sport Center: to attend it, simply log in from 10am tomorrow on cagliaricalcio.com or on the TicketOne website and download the free pass (up to a maximum of four) from the link (click here). Places are limited, access will be from Via Sa Ruina: gates open from 2 p.m., with parking available in the area next to the sports centre.
