Born in 2005, he was born in Sadali to a family of Moroccan origin.
He started playing soccer at Polisportiva Isili, a club affiliated with the Cagliari Football Academy. He joined the Rossoblù to play for the Under-15 team. From there, he progressed through the ranks to the Primavera team.
In 2024-25, he was loaned to Modena in Serie B. He made his league debut for the Canarini on August 17, 2024, in a match against Sudtirol. He ended the season with 28 appearances in the second division, plus one in the Coppa Italia and one goal, scored in a match against Catanzaro.
Returning to the Rossoblù, he made his Serie A debut on August 24 in a home game against Fiorentina.
After playing for the Under-19 and Under-20 national teams, he was included in the new Under-21 squad led by coach Silvio Baldini.
A quick left-footed full-back with good positional sense, he is particularly skilled at running down the wing, finishing with accurate crosses for his attacking teammates. He defends well, relying on his timing and intuition to read the game. He also has excellent heading ability.
