Born on 28 December 2003 in Ravenna, he grew up in his hometown team, with which he made his professional debut at a very young age, at just over 17. After a season in Serie D with 32 appearances, 5 goals and 4 assists, he moved to the ranks of Spal, where he made his B league debut on 3 September 2022 in the 2-2 draw against Bari: last season he was one of the surprises of the cadetteria in which he scored 20 games and 2 goals.

A strong point of the U20 national team, he played a leading role at the recent World Cup in Argentina: scoring in the opening match, which he won 3-2 against Brazil, he was one of the architects of an exciting journey that led the Azzurrini to a historic final, just a step away from winning the title.

Technique, running, game vision: Prati is a modern midfielder, particularly versatile, capable of covering all roles in the midfield. Good at interdiction, he expresses himself at his best as a playmaker, dictating the timing of the manoeuvre with a strong personality, skilful in tight situations, but at the same time capable of sudden changes of play, openings, illuminating verticalisations. Thanks to an innate sense of position, he can also insert himself without the ball, making his contribution forward where he can make use of a strong and precise shot.
