Born in Guimarães in 1997, he is a central defender with a strong physique and speed, characteristics that make him suitable for playing on the right side of a three- or four-man defense.
Vitória Guimarães, Os Sandinenses, Vizela, and Torcatense were the first teams he played for in his career. He then moved on to Fafe, Sporting Braga U23 (27 appearances, 1 goal between 2018 and 2020), and Estrela Amadora (12 appearances, 1 goal in 2020/21).
In 2021, he arrived at Porto. He has made 75 appearances and scored 5 goals with the Biancoblù's B team, while with the first team he has played 50 games and scored 2 goals.
On September 29, 2023, he made his debut in the Portuguese top flight, away to Benfica in one of the classic Portuguese football fixtures. On September 25, 2024, he also made his debut in the Europa League (90 minutes away to Bodø/Glimt, 5 appearances in total).
He has played in two of Porto's three games this season, while last June he played the full 90 minutes in the matches against Palmeiras, Miami, and Ahly SC at the Club World Cup in the United States.
