AssistsBorn in Punta del Este on 28 December 1995, Nández grew up in the ranks of Peñarol and made his debut in the top Uruguayan league when he was only 18 years old. In four seasons he won the national title twice, making 87 appearances and scoring 8 goals. In 2017, he arrived at Boca Juniors, where he quickly became one of the team's key men: with the 'Bosteros' he won the Argentine championship in 2017-18 and reached the final of the Copa Libertadores.
In the national team, he has already played an impressive 53 matches: a high-profile international footballer, the prototype of the dynamic midfielder who enjoys playing all over the field, box to box, proficient in both phases, Nández is able to perform well in various positions in the midfield.
